Zea Rotisserie & Bar’s Seafood Menu Returns with a Splash of Mouthwatering Items

From March through May, diners can enjoy a jam-packed menu of seafood favorites at Zea

New Orleans, LA (March 10, 2020) – Zea Rotisserie & Bar’s highly anticipated limited-time only seafood menu is back, available from March 11- May 3. Whether diners prefer salad topped with their favorite shellfish or sliders stuffed with crispy fish, the menu offers a variety of appetizing options for all seafood lovers.

“We’re always exploring new and exciting options to offer our diners,” said Paul Hutson, chief executive officer at Taste Buds Management. “Whether our guests are craving crunchy fried shrimp or walnut-crusted fresh trout fillet, there is something to satisfy any appetite and our guests can indulge in a variety of seafood options.”

Seafood dishes available throughout the months at all Zea locations across Louisiana include:

·       Crispy Ancho-Agave Shrimp: Buttermilk battered, corn flour crusted shrimp tossed with roasted jalapenos, red bell peppers and onions in an ancho chili spiced agave nectar glaze. Topped with crispy tortilla strips, green onions and cilantro.

·       Crawfish Maque Choux: Fresh Louisiana crawfish tails with sweet corn maque choux served over a griddled grit cake with a roasted red pepper rouille.

·       Nashville Hot Honey Catfish Slider: Crispy fresh Des Allemands catfish, drizzled with spicy honey, dressed with a fried red tomato and a kosher dill pickle on a toasted slider bun. Served with sweet potato fries.

·       California Shrimp Salad: Chilled, lemon-brined shrimp, marinated artichoke hearts, crushed walnuts, fresh and sundried tomatoes, served over a spring mix tossed in a white balsamic vinaigrette. Topped with parmesan, crispy capers and lemon slices.

·       Trout Tina: Walnut-crusted fresh trout fillet, lightly seasoned and butter glazed. Garnished with a grilled lemon. Choice of two sides. Created in honor of a 20-year employee, Tina Dixon.

·       Shrimp Pasta Arrabiata: Plump shrimp sauteed in a spicy roasted garlic tomato sauce and penne pasta. Finished with parmesan cheese, fresh basil, crushed chili peppers and crispy capers.
Can be prepared with zucchini noodles.
