Lycée Français Hosting Marché d'Hiver This Holiday Season

 
 

NEW ORLEANS – Marché d'Hiver, a winter market in the French tradition, will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2022, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. This holiday market and festival is a school fundraiser for the public charter school Lyceé Français de la Nouvelle-Orléans. This will take place at the newly renovated Alfred C. Priestley school building at 1601 Leonidas St. 

This holiday market is perfect for family and friends to get into the holiday spirit while also contributing to a great cause.

Marché d'Hiver will have local jewelry and art vendors along with a Winter Wonderland section with crafts for the kids, bouncy houses and face painting. There will also be local food trucks, custom themed baskets for raffle and beers and cocktails for parents to enjoy. Below is a list of the food and arts vendors.

Entertainment will be provided by Dwayne Dopsie and the Zydeco Hellraisers along with support from Lycée Loup-garous class performances.
