Gambel Communications Welcomes Summer Interns
NEW ORLEANS – Local award-winning public relations firm, Gambel Communications announced today the addition of two summer interns to their team, Tyler Miller and Laci Barrow. Miller and Barrow will work with Gambel’s client services teams to assist with public relations work and gain firsthand business experience.
Miller is a strategic communications student at Southeastern Louisiana University. Inspired by the work of his father, Douglas Miller, executive director of football communications for the New Orleans Saints, Tyler aspires to achieve similar success in the communications world.
Laci Barrow
Barrow is a mass communications student, concentrating in public relations and minoring in marketing, at Loyola University. A New Orleans native, Barrow hopes to establish herself as a well-rounded, local public relations professional. Currently, Barrow says her interests are in higher education and nonprofit communications and would love to explore other industries.
Gambel Communications' internship program is a three-month hands-on experience aimed at developing the core concepts and strategies needed to excel in any entry-level public relations position. Gambel Communications prides itself on offering a competitive intern opportunity with real client experience that will set aspiring professionals apart from their peers entering the public relations field.
